Every employer fears the possibility, god forbid, that the my may lose their best employee and all of the proprietary info they kept in their head.
It’s natural for people to not share everything they know about their jobs and there are many reasons they may do this:
1) they may fear being replaced and feel that are invaluable since they know all the points of contacts at your biggest client.
2) They may not feel like they have the time to create a standard operating procedure (SOP).
3) They may feel like anything they write will be poorly written and disorganized.
